We want to extend holiday greetings to our valued clients, family, and friends near and far at this busy time of the year. As we prepare to celebrate a season of traditions and togetherness as this year closes and we welcome the next, we wish all the best to you.

Because the holidays can get hectic, we gathered up some recipes to share that have a few simple ingredients, a quick prep time, or can be made ahead and popped into the oven. This no-bake cookie recipe is one that my grandma used to make when I was a little girl. They are a chocolate-peanut butter-oatmeal cookie that you mix up in a pot and drop on waxed paper to cool. Voila! Cookies! These could be made gluten-free with the right oats, and Wow Butter substitutes perfectly for peanut butter, if you need a nut allergy friendly recipe.

We first had this asparagus and goat cheese appetizer made with egg roll wrappers on New Year’s Eve at a friend’s home. It’s delicious, and you can roll them up the day before and pop it in the oven when it is party time. I don’t think we have ever had Limoncello on hand, so we’ve just omitted that or substituted with a squeeze of lemon juice. My children have also liked experimenting with this by adding prosciutto, trying a new cheese blend, or turning them into something similar to a pizza roll with pepperoni, mozzarella, and some marinara sauce for dipping. Use the baking directions to get the time, temp, and technique down for the wraps, and have fun with it.

Cranberry ginger mimosas are a quick and pretty cocktail made with cranberry juice, ginger ale, and sparkling wine or champagne. You can easily leave out the alcohol and have a festive drink for your guests who do not imbibe, too. https://www.thecookierookie.com/sugared-cranberry-ginger-mimosas/

May the holidays bring you cozy togetherness, find you healthy and happy, and 2019 be your best year yet! Happy New Year!
